1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Outreach Rangers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Roles

A. Buyers

Buyers are individuals or entities looking to purchase backlink placements. When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate target URLs and anchor text.

B. Sellers (Publishers)

Sellers are website owners who list their sites for backlink placements. Sellers must own the websites they list or have explicit permission to represent them. Sellers agree to keep backlinks live for the duration specified in the listing.

3. Payments and Refunds

All financial transactions are handled by Stripe. By using our platform, you also agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement.

A. Refund Policy

Since our platform facilitates digital service placements, refunds are generally not provided once a link has been placed and verified. However, a full refund will be issued if:

  • The Seller rejects the order.
  • The Seller fails to deliver the order within the specified delivery time.
  • The placed link does not match the anchor text or target URL provided.

4. User Obligations

Users agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to the promotion of adult content, gambling, or hate speech, unless explicitly permitted by the platform settings and local laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Outreach Rangers acts as a marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers. We are not responsible for the quality of the backlinks provided by Sellers or the impact on your search engine rankings.
